12:00 – 4:00 PM – In-door Vendors may begin setting up. Carts and help will be available.
5:00 – 7:00 PM – No Host dinner at the Flagstaff Sizzler, 2105 S Milton Rd.

- Ballon Launch by Arizona Near Space Research – 10:00 in Field by attendee parking.
- $9,000.00 in prizes. 3 ways to win! Grand Prize Raffle/Hourly Raffle and Cup Raffle.
- Red Tickets (and maybe blue) are good for both the Hourly Raffle and the Cup Raffle.
- Cup Raffle is located by the Prize Booth on the main floor. Look for the Ballons.
- All Presentations are on the 2nd floor in the Auditoriums at the top of the stairs. There is an elevator for those who have trouble with steps.
- License Testing located in Room 711 2nd Floor. Testing starts at 10:30.
- There will be signs throughout the facility directing attendees to restrooms, elevators, presentations, and testing.
